Thursday 17th November is World Prematurity Day 2022. Awareness days like this are an important way to recognise the families of premature babies, their experiences, and their unique challenges. Around 60,000 babies are born prematurely every year in the UK. That is 1 in 13 babies born before 37 weeks.
